These Terms & Conditions apply to the patient text messaging program operated by Potranco Eye Care PLLC, operating the offices Elite Vision, Potranco Eye Care, and 211 Eye Care in San Antonio, Texas.

SMS Terms

Patients join the texting program by signing the offices' written texting consent form, typically at their annual checkup. By signing, the patient agrees to receive text messages from Potranco Eye Care PLLC about their care at Elite Vision, Potranco Eye Care, or 211 Eye Care. Messages may include: appointment reminders before scheduled visits (which the patient can confirm or cancel by replying as directed in the message), recall notices when it is time to schedule the next eye exam, a short survey after a completed visit, and eyewear order notices — a request to bring in a frame so glasses can be finished, notice that glasses or contact lenses are ready for pickup, and notice that trial contact lenses have arrived with a request to call and book a fitting appointment. Pickup-ready messages may also invite the patient to leave a Google review. Patients may also reply with questions, and office staff may respond in a two-way text conversation.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time; opt-outs are honored automatically. For help, reply HELP or call your office. Texts are sent from (210) 972-0316, which is a texting-only number and does not accept voice calls — please call your office with anything you would rather discuss by phone: Elite Vision 210-888-3939 · Potranco Eye Care 210-701-8303 · 211 Eye Care 210-888-3937. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

General

Text message notifications are a courtesy service. Notification delivery is not guaranteed, and patients remain responsible for their appointments and for picking up completed eyewear within the timeframes communicated by their office. Potranco Eye Care PLLC may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
